Nikki Otto resides in Ft. Thomas with her two boys, Van, age 7 and Nash, age 5. Nikki works in sales for Otto Printing and Entertainment in Dayton, KY. Her family is involved with Crossroads in Oakley. Working with children is her passion and she is involved with her children’s school and other area events. She enjoys fundraising and community involvement striving to make Northern Kentucky the best it can be for our families and children. Nikki serves at the vice president of the board.
Ryan Courtade
Ryan resides in Independence, Kentucky. Ryan, formerly the Youth Leader at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Fort Thomas, currently serves as a manager at Lazer Kraze in Erlanger, KY. Ryan is actively involved in youth and children’s ministry in Northern Kentucky as well as College ministry as time permits. Ryan has served, worked and been involved with the United Way, Campbell County Teen Court, Kentucky Colonels, Flying Pig Marathon and many other non-profit organizations. Ryan serves as the president of the board.

Todd and Jeanne Dittrich
The husband and wife team of Todd and Jeanne Dittrich live in Ft Thomas, KY. They have four children; twin boys and two girls. Todd began his accounting practice, Dittrich and Associates 10 years ago. He is the acting accountant for the Northern Kentucky Youth Foundation. Jeanne has worked in banking for 8 yrs. Their family attends Crossroads Ministry in Oakley, OH. Coaching youth sports, being active at the school, doing runs/walks to benefit the community as well as other non-profit organizations, and photography are amoungst their past times. Todd and Jeanne are keenly aware of the influences on our kids today and want to help ensure the youth of Northern Kentucky have an alternative and safe place to have fun, mingle, play and learn.
